WILGERMAIN—BLOOMINGDALE’S INSTORE EXPOSURE (January 2024)

The fragrance team at Luxuria Group kicked off the year with a captivating in-store display of Wilgermain at the Men's Grooming section on the first floor of Bloomingdale's in Dubai Mall. It marked the debut of the brand's complete collec- tion, showcased in an immersive setup where the table and backwall were meticulously designed to embody Wilgermain's distinctive DNA.

An influencer provided coverage of the exposure, effectively amplifying brand awareness for Wilgermain and spotlighting the activation at Bloomingdale's. They showcased the experience and engagement happening within Blooming- dale's, further enhancing the brand's visibility and reach.

JULIETTE HAS A GUN—SMART SAMPLING AND  GWP  CAMPAIGN  (Ounass.ae  and Bloomingdales.ae) - January 2024

Luxuria has partnered with renowned e- commerce platforms Ounass.com and Blooming- dales.com for a sampling and GWP (Gift With Purchase) online campaign featuring the brand Juliette has a Gun. This campaign strategically broadens the brand's audience reach, offering consumers the chance to engage with and expe- rience select fragrances directly.

SANTAL INTENSE PRODUCT LAUNCH

Floris London has just unveiled a Worldwide Exclusive to the Middle East fragrance launch tailored specifically for the Middle East in collaboration with Luxuria Group.

Introducing Santal Intense EDP by Floris Lon- don, a mesmerizing blend of sandalwood's opulence, infused with warm spices and creamy undertones. This scent presents an indulgent and refined olfactory journey, ide- al for individuals in pursuit of an elegant and enticing fragrance.

To unveil this captivating new fragrance, Luxuria Group has teamed up with its Mid- dle Eastern partners to organize an exclusive launch event graced by the presence of Ed- ward Bodenham, the Perfumery Director and 9th generation family member of Floris London. This event marks the beginning of a journey commenced in Qatar, followed by Kuwait, KSA, and concluded in the UAE, offering a series of unforgettable experienc- es for fragrance enthusiasts throughout the region.

QATAR LAUNCH EVENT AT SECRET NOTES, GRAND MUSEUM—FEBRUARY 12, 2024

The unveiling of Santal Intense EDP by Floris London commenced in Doha, Qatar, in col- laboration with our esteemed retail partners Secret Notes.

We were thrilled to host guests, media per- sonalities, and influencers at the event.

A lively Q&A session and interactive quiz game were arranged to provide guests with fascinating insights into the brand and its illustrious heritage.

As part of the plan for the launch event in Qatar, we also set up a podium at Galeries Lafayette, played the campaign video at the giant digital screen at the metro entrance, and revamped the gondola unit with a fresh look.

KUWAIT LAUNCH EVENT AT BLOOMINGDALES, 360 MALL—FEBRUARY 13, 2024

The next destination was Kuwait, where the San- tal Intense Launch took place at Bloomingdale's - 360 Mall, graced by the presence of influencers, media representatives, and esteemed customers.

As we celebrate this occasion, we also extend our warm wishes to Kuwait on its National Day!

During the event, engaging activities were orga- nized, including calligraphy sessions, live saxo- phone performances, a fragrance pad for fra- grance showcase, and a beauty room takeover for media interviews..

KSA LAUNCH EVENT AT WESTERLY VIA RI- YADH —FEBRUARY 14, 2024

In the third leg of the Santal Intense GCC tour, the journey continued in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Westerly Riyadh. Mr. Ed- ward Bodenham conducted a live master- class on perfume mixing, offering our es- teemed guests the chance to witness the process firsthand and receive their own sample.

For the first time in Westerly Riyadh, a fra- grance podium was introduced, elegantly positioned at the heart of their fashion bou- tique, showcasing the brand's scents in a captivating display.

The campaign video for Santal Intense was proudly displayed on Harvey Nichols' eleva- tor screen, as well as at the entrances and mono screens of Westerly Riyadh, amplify- ing the fragrance's presence and allure.

UAE LAUNCH EVENT AT ATELIER PERFUMERY GALLERIA AL WASL —FEBRUARY 15, 2024

The journey concludes in the UAE with the arrival of Santal Intense EDP at one of our esteemed retail partners, Atelier Perfumery, located in Al Wasl - City Walk.

Mr. Edward and the team warmly greeted local influencers, key opinion leaders, and esteemed customers, presenting the exclusive fragrance tailored specifically for the Middle East.

The perfume mixing masterclass was accompa- nied by enchanting violin melodies throughout the evening, complemented by a special perfume engraving session, adding a touch of personalized elegance to the event.

EVENT FINALE AT ATLANTIS, THE ROYAL — FEBRUARY 16, 2024

As the remarkable GCC tour comes to a close, the grand finale unfolds at Atlantis The Royal in Du- bai, where Floris London's Santal Intense EDP takes center stage as a worldwide exclusive for the Middle East.

With mega influencers, unforgettable moments, and the enchanting fragrance itself, it's a perfect conclusion, graced by the presence of Mr. Ed- ward Bodenham, Brand Director and 9th Genera- tion Founding Family Member of Floris London.

Elegance, luxury, and wonderful company envel- oped the evening, capturing the essence of beau- ty and creating enduring memories.

SKINCARE DEPARTMENT

BABOR SAMPLING CAMPAIGN (January—February) :

The BABOR Sampling Campaign took place at Timeless Spa exclusively for the Executive Suites. This campaign offered an opportunity for customers to try BABOR ampoule samples and showcase the availability of BABOR prod- ucts at Timeless Spa.

BABOR GWP PROMO

In January 2024, Saray SPA at the Marriott Resort The Palm Jumeirah ran a BABOR GWP promotion, where customers received a BA- BOR branded pouch containing 2 deluxe sam- ples upon purchases worth AED 600.

NATURA BISSE Masterclass—January 21st , 2024 St. Regis Saadiyat Island, AUH

The Spa teamed up with new jewelry brand Urijell for a pop-up event. This aimed to intro- duce Urijell's customers to the Spa and its Natura Bissé luxury services. After viewing the jewelry, guests attended a Natura Bissé mas- terclass led by regional trainer Joan on the outdoor terrace. It focused on the Diamond collection and proper skincare routines. Re- freshments were available throughout. As a thank you, attendees got a Spa voucher for a free Natura Bissé facial and products to take.

BABOR Awards Gala— February 5th , 2024

At the Ritz Carlton JBR, we had the pleasure of hosting the annual BABOR Awards Gala Dinner. This event was held to celebrate and reward all the hard work and excellence of the spa thera- pists and keep them excited about Babor. The evening was a tremendous success, creating lasting memories for everyone in attendance.

BABOR LAUNCH EVENT AT AURA SKYPOOL FEBRUARY 6, 2024

"A Night in the Sky" at Aura Skypool celebrat- ed the retail launch of BABOR in the UAE at Al Tayer Group's flagship stores: Harvey Nichols, Bloomingdale’s and Ounass. A total of 100 guests, including influencers, press, retail partners, and HQ management joined us for this special evening. Through a series of en- gaging activations, attendees had the oppor- tunity to discover the brand and enjoy a mem- orable night with Babor.

Babor 3X3 Podium at BLM— February 6th – 19th , 2024

The 3X3 podium at Discover beauty area of Bloomingdale’s Dubai showcased the 3 new launches from the refine & lifting collections, including DOCTOR BABOR's Triple Pro-Retinol Renewal Cream, Retinol Eye Patch, and Collagen Peptide Derma Filler Serum.

This makeo- ver reflects Natura Bissé's commitment to ele- gance, innovation, and a superior shopping expe- rience.

Philip Kingsley HN Focus Table (February 20— March 8):

Focusing on the PK Density range while showcas- ing the entire Philip Kingsley collection. We've set up a personal station complete with Philip Kings- ley consultations, a mirror featuring our logo, stunning flowers, and a scalp/ hair analysis tool connected to a laptop. At the beauty bar station, guests were treated to complimentary Scalp & Hair analysis and a free application of our Elasti- cizer. Any customer making a purchase of Philip Kingsley products received a gift with their pur- chase

BABOR Launch at Heavenly SPA at Westin Doha ,QATAR—February 21, 2024

To celebrate the launch of Babor at Heavenly Spa, 10 top influencers were invited to partici- pate in a Babor masterclass, hosted within the royal suite at the hotel. The influencers en- joyed lunch at the hotel and this was followed by a launch event for 40 people at the spa later in the evening. The event included influ- encers, spa team, hotel management and Dr Helmut Drees from Babor HQ. attendees en- joyed a complimentary skin analysis consulta- tion from our regional trainer, Joan Ngyou.

Natura Bissé Masterclass— Feb 28 , 2024 The SPA, Shangri-La Jeddah, KSA

At our "Glow Like a Hollywood Star” Event, we showcased Natura Bissé's Diamond Luminous Perfecting range, featuring a special appearance by Sali Flores, Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Leading influencers in Saudi Arabia were invited and enjoyed an insightful overview of Natura Bissé, followed by a masterclass with Joan Nguyo, our regional trainer. Guests were treated to drinks, snacks and a generous gift. The master- class concluded with a spa tour and a dinner at Shang Palace.

Natura Bisse HN Focus Table (March 3—25):

Natura Bissé gained extra visibility at Harvey Nichols Dubai, prominently featured at the focus table area. Several Natura Bissé collections were showcased and emphasized.

Palazzo Versace B2B Masterclass:

On March 18th, the therapists and reception team from The Spa at Palazzo Versace Hotel Dubai attended a masterclass on “BABOR HSR LIFTING," directed by Joan, a BABOR educator from Luxuria. Light snacks were served to the staff participating in the session.

Natura Bisse Suhoor Event at Sharjah Ladies Club — 28 March 2024

At a recent Suhoor, Sharjah Ladies Club's VIPs and loyal patrons enjoyed traditional fare and insightful sessions in an intimate setting. The event included a Natura Bissé skincare ses- sion, skin health tips for fasting, and advice from a certified nutritionist.

Special guest Dr. Dana Al Hamwi, MD, and Clinical Dietician, offered her expertise on optimal Iftar and Suhoor foods, fasting health strategies, and useful Ramadan tips.

This event reinforced our community bonds and offered vital health insights for Ramadan.

Message from the CEO

The first quarter of 2024 proved to be ex- ceptionally dynamic for the Luxuria team. With the launch of Santal, we introduced exclusive products tailored to the unique tastes and sensitivities of our region, and I'm thrilled to report that the launch tour was a resounding success. Additionally, we had the privilege of hosting the annual gala and award night for Babor, where we expressed our gratitude to the dedicated professionals who serve as the vital link between our brands and our valued customers.

Amidst these remarkable achievements, we have also welcomed several promising new brands into our portfolio, signaling exciting prospects ahead. Keep an eye on this news- letter for further updates as we continue to expand our offerings.

In the midst of these events, we successfully launched our skincare and fragrance brands across multiple platforms, both online and traditional.

As we reflect on the accomplishments of the past quarter, it is evident that our collective efforts have yielded significant results. I am immensely proud of the hard work and dedi- cation demonstrated by each member of our team.
