MIN New York—Bloomingdales Dubai Mall (3x3 Podium)

We commenced our MiN NEW YORK marketing activations on a high note, with a podium expo- sure at Bloomingdale's Dubai Mall.

The podium animation was supported with com- pelling PWP offers, Influencer visits, Digital acti- vations, and social media coverage.

Our expert Fragrance Advisors were also present, providing continuous support to store customers, who also had the opportunity to enjoy personal- ized engraving on their EDP purchase from the brand, during the weekend.

The podium was also supported with an ongoing PWP offer (All Over Body Spray –150 ML) & GWP offer (10 ML)

Influencer visit to Min New York Podium to further support MiN New York podium in Bloomingdales Dubai Mall, four influencers visited the store, covered the podium and talked about their favorite fragrances from the brand.

ELO - KSA National Day Gifting

On the occasion of KSA National Day, a luxuri- ous discovery set, containing 2 full size EDPs & 24x15 ml fragrances, from EtatLibre D’Or- ange, was sent to 4 Influencers from KSA.‍

DS & DURGA Seeding

As part of our regular Influencers seeding, we sent over 20 PR packages with DS & Durga’s lat- est launches in our markets : Pistachio EDP, Black Magenta EDP, Deep Dark Vanilla EDP & others from the brand’s top sellers.

PALAZZO VERSACE BABOR MASTERCLASS

On July 23, 2024, Luxuria hosted a staff mas- terclass at The Spa in Palazzo Versace Hotel, Dubai, centered on the "BABOR SEA CREA- TION" line. Led by BABOR educator Joan, the session provided a valuable refresher about the collection and treatment. Attended by therapists and the reception team, the event included light refreshments and goody bags filled with BABOR products, offering a great opportunity for professional growth and col- laboration.

BABOR & OMOROVICZA AT AREEJ | JULY 31, 2024

We have launched Babor and Omorovicza at Areej in the Mall of the Emirates , on July 31st, 2024.Customers have been enjoying luxury skincare collections from BABOR and Omo- rovicza, along with personalized consultations. This exciting addition has made Areej the ulti- mate destination for premium beauty and skincare.

BABOR SAMPLING PROMO ON OUNASS AND BLM ONLINE | AUGUST, 2024

In August 2024, we ran a mass sampling cam- paign for BABOR on OUNASS and BLM online for customers making beauty purchases online. We provided 1,000 pieces on BLM.COM and 3,000

pieces on OUNASS, allowing customers to experi- ence the benefits of our hyaluronic acid single ampoule samples. Many took advantage of this opportunity to explore our innovative products and discover how they could enhance their skin- care routines!

ANANTARA RAK BABOR MASTERCLASS | AUGUST 16, 2024

On August 16, 2024, a masterclass on the "Doctor Babor Lifting Treatment" was held for the thera- pists, reception team and marketing director at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort.

The session was expertly led by Mary Grace, a BABOR educator from Luxuria, who provided valuable insights into the treatment. Attendees enjoyed light snacks and water throughout the event, and each participant received a BABOR goody bag to take home. It was a rewarding op-portunity for professional development and col- laboration among the team.

EMIRATI WOMENS DAY EVENT SPONSOR- SHIP AT ANANTARA RAK | AUGUST 24, 2024

Babor sponsored the Emirati Women's Day event at Anantara Ras Al Khaimah on 24 Au- gust. The event included a panel discussion with 26 guests featuring four inspiring wom- en: Mouza Mohammed Majid Salem Al Zaabi, CEO of Mozaabi Real Estate; social media in- fluencer Mona Sulaiman Tajarbi; Shaima Ahli, founder of Kleos Ceramics Studio; and es-teemed equestrian Alya Bin Meshar Almheiri. The event celebrated the strength and poten- tial of Emirati women, highlighted by BABOR’s elegant presence.

BABOR CEVIN PARKER LAUNCH AT BLOOM-INGDALES DUBAI MALL | August, 2024

We were excited to announce the launch of Cevin Parker limited edition ampoule sets at Bloomingdale's, Dubai Mall! In August 2024, we introduced a stunning Cevin Parker display stand on the permanent BABOR table, show- casing the collaboration's innovative skincare products. Visitors had the opportunity to ex- perience the best of both brands, exclusively at Bloomingdale's.

On September 3, 2024, Luxuria hosted an exclu- sive Swiss Perfection Masterclass at BROWZ, led by expert educator Joan. Therapists gathered to explore Swiss Perfection’s cutting-edge skincare methods, with Joan guiding them through hands- on demonstrations and interactive discussions on the science behind the brand's exceptional prod- ucts. Attendees left equipped with valuable tech- niques and renewed enthusiasm for delivering top-tier client care, making the session a valuable professional development opportunity.

GRAND HYATT DUBAI B2B BABOR MASTERCLASS | SEPTEMBER 9, 2024

On September 9, 2024, Luxuria hosted an en- gaging masterclass at Ahasees Spa, Grand Hyatt Dubai, focused on the "Doctor Babor Lifting Treatment." Led by BABOR educator Mary Grace, the session offered therapists and the training team valuable insights into advanced treatment techniques and their benefits. Attendees enjoyed light refresh- ments, creating a relaxed and collaborative atmosphere for learning. AREEJ BEAUTY ROOM (September 11-13, 2024)

We transformed the AREEJ Beauty Room into a Babor sanctuary, offering customers a unique skin analysis from the brand along with a customized 30-minute facial in the pri- vacy of the beauty room. This experience left them feeling pampered and rejuvenated and increased BABOR sales in the store.

After the success of the first Swiss Perfection masterclass, we hosted a second one, led by expert educator Joan. Therapists gathered to explore the brand's innovative skincare tech- niques. Joan offered insightful, hands-on demonstrations of Swiss Perfection’s excep- tional products while engaging participants in interactive discussions about the science be- hind the formulations. Attendees left feeling inspired, equipped with new techniques, and eager to elevate their client care to the next level.

Philip Kingsley BLM 3X3 Podium | September 24-30, 2024

Our 3x3 podium at Bloomingdale’s Dubai made a bold impact, showcasing Philip Kings- ley's new Elasticizer Therapies Sicilian Lemon and Bergamot. This eye-catching display ele- vated brand visibility, drew in shoppers, and created buzz around the limited-edition hair care launch.

Message from the CEO

The third quarter is typically a quieter period for Luxuria as the market settles into the tra-ditionally slower summer months. However, at Luxuria, we view this as an opportunity to further optimize the experience of our brands through enhanced staff training. A brand can only truly shine when its team is fully equipped with the latest product knowledge and techniques, and we take immense pride in ensuring that all our accounts and thera-pists are continuously updated.

During this quieter season, we leveraged the extra time available to focus on strengthening our training efforts. Our dedicated training

team conducted a series of masterclasses, ensuring that therapists across all of our ac- counts maintain the highest standards in both the application of products and the delivery of the brand experience. This commitment to ongoing education ensures that our custom- ers always receive the premium service they expect from our brands.

In addition to our training initiatives, our fra-grance department achieved notable success, securing numerous new retail openings. Their ability to expand and maintain these relation- ships, particularly in a highly competitive mar-ket, highlights their relentless pursuit of growth and excellence.

As we move towards the final quarter, I am confident that our strong foundation, rein- forced by the work done over the summer, will lead us to a successful close of the year.

We look forward to finishing Q4 with momen-tum and achieving new heights for Luxuria.
